‘BRD-NET: Black Sea Regional Development Network’ project has launched the international online course on developing project proposals according to EU standards. The project, implemented by the Regional Development Centre ‘Top Kaya’ and supported by the International Visegrad Fund, is aimed at building the capacity of non-governmental and governmental organizations, and strengthening their partnership in Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia, through the transfer of the Visegrad countries’ experience.

Currently, a large number of EU grants for local and regional development is offered by various programmes to Eastern Partnership countries, in particular to Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. The success in receiving development funds is largely based on ability to prepare good project applications.

The participants of the proposed course will gain knowledge in problem analysis, writing applications for EU funds, and setting up coalition for project implementation. The online course includes theory, examples of implemented projects, practical assignments on project application development, consultations with experts. The course is designed by experienced experts from the Visegrad countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) and adapted for Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia by the Regional Development Centre ‘Top Kaya’. The course will be available in English and Russian.

The course is proposed to NGOs, youth associations, representatives of local authorities and self-government, active citizens.
